Olivia grew up dancing on Cape Cod and graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography. At Elon she performed in many of the department’s seasonal performances, student productions and with guest choreographers such as Gallim Dance Company. She also performed at American College Dance Festival and choreographed site specific work while abroad in Florence, Italy. During her senior year, Olivia was the Coordinator of Inspiritus Dance Company, a student-created dance company and led her senior class in the development and creation of a 3-part dance film.

Over the past few years, Olivia has been back teaching at her local studio on Cape Cod and attended graduate school at Boston College to earn her Master of Social Work. She now works at a women’s mental health practice and loves to teach and experience the expressive and healing powers of movement. Olivia is thrilled to be a part of Allegro Dance Academy this year.
